When Sophie and I went to take advantage of our fair city's free flu vaccines (yes, our taxes are really high), we were given a choice: needle or nasal spray.
We took the snort, thank you.
It doesn't hurt at all and feels kind of silly.

I got mine a few weeks ago too. We didn't have the option to take the spray, but I had a really great nurse so it wasn't too bad!

I just saw the title of this post and laughed out loud. Almost choked on my kit kat. That would have been an embarrassing obit.
I've never had a flu shot. However, just last week I read an article in the Boston Globe that the VT Dept of Public Health is predicting a flu PANDEMIC. Everyone should stock up on non perishables to last 2 weeks. I don't know why VT isn't offering free flu vaccines. Craziest thing I ever heard.

wow, i've only gotten the shot. i need to find out about this nasal spray vaccine since i still cry when i get shots!
