I'm home getting ready.
Snacks? Check. We take lots because there's an amazing number of parents who send nothing. Even if you feed them dinner right before their call, they're starving the minute they come off stage and get out of costume. Duh. They're kids.
Dressing room activities? Check. What's important here are things they can do without glue, paint, or markers—anything that could damage a costume.
Sophie's ready for the stage; I'm ready for the opera house bar.
