The last time I saw dishes I liked I dithered and when I returned to buy them, they were gone.
This time I acted and bought.
They're a touch on the kitschy side, but I like that they remind me of Inspector Clouseau—in the kitchen. This picture shows the pasta bowl on one of my black plates, which I think is a nice combination. And the colors go nicely with my kitchen, which you surely remember from the world-famous kitchen tour over at userealbutter.com, right?
I would die before serving chips in this.
This time I acted and bought.

But don't worry. There are limits with where I will go with this collection.

I missed your kitchen tour so thanks for linking that! I think the bowls are a lot of fun. I would get in so much trouble if I ever brought any more dishes into the house!
I like your new dishes; they are fun to look at, and bring a smile to one's face. Bon Apetit!
Does the chip and dip plate also convert to a cake stand??
mmmmmm Daube Provencal.....I think I should make this on the night of our French lessons..
I have always wanted one of those butler chalkboards to write a weekly menu on.......
